Favourite style of art: 3d...obviously :P
Just in case anyone was wondering, here's the list of ATCC cars I plan to do over time:

BMW 635csi Group C (exterior modelled)
BMW 635csi Group A
BMW E30 M3 Group A
Chevrolet Camaro 2nd Gen Group C
Chrysler Valiant VH Charger Coupe
Ford Falcon XY GTHO
Ford Falcon XA Coupe
Ford Falcon XC Cobra (exterior modelled)
Ford Falcon XD Group C (exterior modelled)
Ford Falcon XE Group C (exterior modelled)
Ford Falcon EA/EB Super Touring (modelled at start of 2009 at, but needs to be remodelled from scratch due to general accuracy issues)
Ford Falcon EF/EL Super Touring
Ford Falcon AU Super Touring
Ford Sierra RS500 Group A
Holden Commodore VH Group C
Holden Commodore VK Group C (exterior modelled)
Holden Commodore VK Group A
Holden Commodore VL Group A "Plastic Pig" (spline caged)
Holden Commodore VN Group A
Holden Commodore VN Super Touring (modelled at start of 2009 at, but needs to be remodelled from scratch due to general accuracy issues)
Holden Commodore VR Super Touring
Holden Commodore VT Super Touring
Holden Monaro HK GTS327
Holden Torana LJ GTR XU-1
Holden Torana LX A9X Coupe (exterior modelled)
Jaguar XJS Group C
Jaguar XJS Group A
Mazda RX-3 Coupe
Mazda RX-7 FB Group C (exterior modelled)
Nissan Bluebird 910 Turbo Group C (exterior modelled)
Nissan Skyline R30 Group A
Nissan Skyline R31 Group A
Nissan Skyline R32 GTR Group A
Toyota Celica RA20 Notchback
Toyota Celica RA40 Group C (exterior modelled)
Toyota Corolla AE86 Levin Sedan Group A

I think that's basically everything interesting from the 70s up until the late 90s/early 2000s...ill be doing them in order of personal preference, for example, some of the Group A cars are lower down the to-do the list due to them not having too many differences over their standard road-going counterparts, and not looking that exciting as a result...and lets face it, the R32 GTR has been modelled in 3d at least eleventy-billion times by now haha :P

Also, i have a very large collection of hi-res photos of the Bathurst pit-straight i took last year, so want to do that as an environment to render in instead of just studio shots

So yeah...that's what I'd like to do, apart from the GT86/BRZ and the "2004-2013 aero send-off" SuperGT Lexus LF-LC

Hey man, just wanted to say, fantastic collection. All the models looks so clean and smooth, it's almost ridiculous, but also, a great inspiration for the rest of us :).

What I was curious about, and it's totally ok if you don't want to answer, is whether you make a living on 3D modeling, or it's just a hobby?

I'm currently trying to make a living of my passion for modeling cars, but it's not quite working out yet.

Thanks for your time! Cheers

I did a little bit of car illustration as freelance work a very long time ago, but not enough to make a living off it. I spent the past 5 years working full-time on maintenance training simulators as a 3d modeller, nothing automotive related though...

All the stuff ive posted here on dA, or on SMCars several years ago, are personal projects I do for fun.

Nice work.
Have you ever thought of making a Hakosuka Skyline or Fairlady Z (S30)?

Thanks :)
Unfortunately, no. After I finish with the GT86, I plan to get back onto the Australian Touring Cars ive listed, of which theres some later model Skylines (R30, R31, R32)
